In 2014, when we purchased Strawberry Creek Ranch, we had already fallen in love with the ranch, the equestrian center, the 100 year old barn, the rolling hay fields, the abundant wildlife, and the amazing views. While standing on the deck of what is now known as the “Homestead Barn” and looking towards Byers Peak, we realized that the beauty that we saw needed to be shared with others, and that’s why we decided to start a wedding venue.
Over the past years, we have made several improvements and upgrades to the ranch. The most exciting upgrade was when we decided to take the big white reception tent down and build another barn "out back". That’s how the “Outback Barn” came to be. It is gorgeous, adorned with wagon wheel lights accented with hand-welded horseshoes to string the lights throughout the barn. You can open the huge sliding barn doors during your dinner, feel the mountain breeze, and enjoy the natural picture-perfect views.

SCR9N has truly become a labor of love for the Neiberger families: fixing up the place to become one of Grand Counties most loved wedding venues. On any given day or weekend you can find one of our family members out here working the ranch. Not only is this our business, but our families live on this property, and will do so for generations to come. We hope that every couple that gets married at SCR9N can see, feel, and fall in love with the ranch, just like we did that first day.

A PICTURESQUE WEDDING VENUE
Our 300 acre historic ranch is located just 2.5 miles from Downtown Granby, CO. This is Authentic Colorado with wide open spaces, beautiful skies, amazing sunsets, fresh mountain air and complete privacy for you and your guests. The ranch, which has a 130 year old Homestead Barn, takes you back to the pioneer days: with its rustic charm, hand hued logs, huge deck that is perfect for dancing the night away under our market lights and the starry sky, unobstructed views of the Continental Divide and the perfect place to hang with friends and family. The Outback Barn was built in 2019 and at 3,200 square feet, you can host up to 200 guests comfortably for dinner and dancing. Each end of the barn has huge sliding doors that showcase the rolling hills, market lights that create a soft warm glow for your event and mountain charm that will highlight your dream mountain wedding.
